Project context

The project in practice.

Paralyzed is a Brackeys Game Jam 2022.2 entry built around a deliberately limited movement rule: the player can jump, but must shoot themselves to create movement. That constraint turns traversal into the central problem of each level.

The game combines level unlocking, pooled bullets, and obstacle behaviours to explore how a single unusual mechanic can drive both challenge and level design. It was listed among the top 20 entries in the jam.
